Hi ,
I am hoping that someone can help me find information about a Catherine Gleeson, born abt 1834/1835 Nenagh, County Tipperary, Ireland
Parents - John Gleeson and Margaret Ryan.
Catherine arrived in Australia in 1854.
I hope that someone can help me with this, as I have been helped with other family info.

Hi anette, To search any where in Ireland you need a civil Parish.
You do not seem to have one.
The only thing I can suggest to you is to go to this web site Click in Tipperary
and go through the parishs and have a look where is the most Gleeson, surname.

I am also looking For Ryans of Nenagh. Great Grandparents were Timothy and Honor Ryan about 1830. Great Grandfather, Timothy was born 1862 in Nenagh.
I noticed at the bottom of your message you are looking in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. Do you mind telling me what name you are looking for? I might be able to help.

Thank you for your reply.
The family in Huddersfield are Benjamin Leonard who married Jane Sayles and his Parents Dinnias Leonard and Mary Gledhill.
Jane Sayles who are her Parents ? I did get a bit on some census but not a lot and I cannot check it at the moment as my cousin has all my info so he can do so checking. Hope this makes sense.
