FTP Connection problem - SOLVED

When I log into my webspace my password is accepted and I am faced with the greetings screen.
However, when I click on File Manager, all I get is a blank screen with this address: deleted
Have I broken it?

I've modified this post as I realised afterwards it was giving the full details including the password

I've just tried to update my RootsChat family history site.  I am able to log-in ok, but when I click the "File Manager" button, it takes me to a blank page.

Anyone else having a similar problem?

Hi

Julian has just let me know that there were some errors showing on my site, so I have just corrected them. I have just tried to upload the corrected pages and keep getting an error message that says "Cannot connect to Rootschat.net"

Can I just check the settings I have are correct as follows

Just tried getting into the Rootschat File Manager and am only getting a blank page, so am now wondering if it is RC that is down or something on my PC blocking it.

Is anyone else having difficulties?

Is there a problem connecting to the webspace to upload files at the moment?
My ftp programme reports "socket error: no connection"
I also can't get on using windows explorer (always works...)
And the Rootschat file manager gives me no file listings.

Everything else is working fine on my 'net connection, and I can upload to other sites using ftp & explorer...

Anyone able to help???
