Death certificate [help please]

Hi
I have a death certificate 1873,which the cause of death reads - Morbus Cordus certified.I wonder if anyone can help with what this was.

Means no more than heart disease. Probably used by doctors when they did not know the exact cause of death but were sure it was natural causes. May sometimes mean heart failure
