There's a great map of Belfast city centre on the About Us section of the GRONI  website. www.groni.gov.uk/index.htm

The Linenhall Library is at the Wellington Place arrow tip and the D of Donegall Square North. The Belfast Welcome Centre is on the left hand side of Donegall Place heading out of the city centre. It's a short walk from the Linenhall Library. If you walk in a straight line down Donegall Place you'll soon arrive at Royal Avenue and the Central Library. It's also on your left hand side. The Newspaper Library is a couple of minutes from the Central Library.

If you want to go to the Ulster Historical Foundation walk along the road, more or less opposite GRONI, which has the arrow pointing towards the M2. Go straight over the High Street junction keeping the Albert Clock on your right hand side. Turn left into Waring Street and a few yards along there the UHF is on your right hand side. The UHF can also be reached by crossing over Donegall Place from the Welcome Centre and walking (with your back to the City Hall) to Castle Junction. Cross the road and turn right heading towards the Albert Clock. When you reach Bridge Street turn left and walk to the junction. Turn right into Waring Street and a short walk takes you to Cotton Court ... it's on your left hand side.

Please PM me if further information regarding directions, places to stay and things to do in Belfast or elsewhere in NI is required.
