Hi

This is a great resource for anyone who has ancestors from the weald of sussex, surrey or kent and stretching from Tunbridge Wells to the Ashdown Forest, it has loads of online maps, documents, photos etc as well as census transcriptions and searchable books about the local area

A brilliant site that I use quite a lot.  Have actually managed to find a missing ancestor for a Rootschatter on there before now!

I agree, a lovely site, with masses of information. I wish every County had one like it!

However one word of caution, if you are using the genealogy section do check things out for yourself if you can, there are mistakes...having said that the site are very willing to change details and add contributions  Cheesy
