Having problems - can anyone help?

I've tried three times now over the past 2 days to set up a website using different names - just incase the previous one was the problem but nothing whatsoever has happened - I keep getting the same email sent to me with the title "Rootchats.com Confirmation" when I have tried to confirm things nothing has happened.

Can anyone help - are some of the "experts" on holiday hence this problem?!!!

Hi Chris

Have you had a read through this thread? You will receive one email just confirming that RC has a valid email address. You should then receive another email letting you know webspace has been allocated, This is when you need to activate it.

Please bear in mind that Trystan oversees the site in his spare time, I also believe he goes away for work at times as well. If you do not hear in a few days, maybe PM him.

Please be patient and it will all get sorted. In the meantime, have a read through some of the other tutorials if you aren't used to building websites and spend some time beginning to design your site.

Be warned, once you start, you never stop. Grin Grin
