1841 Census - more BATES

I am looking for John Bates and wife Susan (nee Chantrell/ Chauntrel) in a Bucks census in an area other than Marsworth.  One or the other may be widowed and aged about 80.

I am also looking for their son John Bates who may also be married and would be about 53.

The only John Bates I can see born 1788 is living in Haddenham with his wife Frances who was born in Haddenham according to the 1851 census. The 1851 census shows him as being born 1787 in Cuddington. But there is quite a distance between Cuddington and Marsworth.

Also take into account that Marsworth is only two miles from the Hertfordhsire border.

Thankyou for your help.

I definitely havent forgotten about Hertfordshire.  I will post something down in their section.

Parts of the family I do have are from Marsworth, Gubblecote, Wilstone and Tring.  It would have been more helpful if they had travelled along a path in the one direction!
