Daniel and Angelina are still living in Paddington on the 1891 census, Daniel is listed as a retired publican - see RG12/4, Folio 124, Page 3.
George and Mary must be on the 1891 and 1901 census somewhere 
As Trish asked earlier on this thread; if you were to post the names/year of birth of their children born between 1889 and 1901, then it should help to find them.

Edit: Also, as you have George and Mary's marriage cert, what addresses were they living at and what was George's occupation, this will make it a lot easier to find them
