Hiya.

i have just found out today that my great grandfather George turnbull was born in Wigtownshire abt  1856. I was just having a look around this part of rootschat and went on one of the website , mentioned on here, ( the index of heads of family's in 1851 http://freepages.history.rootsweb.com/%7Eleighann/parishes/wigtown/census/wigtown51.htm)
and I found this :

                   Seq.No Page En Dis
TURNBULL  James  325 7 4

I know George won't be born but I would like to learn more about my Scottish ancestors
Would any one be able to look up James Turbull for me in the 185 census please. i Dont know if the Numbers i found are of any relevance but i thought they may be of help.

Any information will be very much appreciated.
