Hi,
My Vicarys are in Bampton Tiverton and Crediton Devon, I have not taken this line back further than 1811 - the birth of Benjamin Vickery.
From the 1851 census:

If this looks like it ties in with your line I would be thrilled to hear about it

Hi, My family is related to John Vickery, son of Benjamin Vickery, b. in Bampton abt 1845. He married Mary Jane Bennett in Crediton and had lots of kids. I would like to visit with you over the email.

Thought I would put my Vickery's in too!
Do not know much about them though, as they married into my mothers line of Taylor.
I have been told by my Great Aunt Sylvia Vickery (nee Taylor) that her husbands family come from Bideford Devon.
If anyone should have Devonian/Welsh Vickery connections contact me.

kazaa, The Benjamin Vickery (your relation) is the twin brother of my gr grandfather, John Vickery. They both moved to Wales from Devon about the same time. I have some info on both families (Benjamin's from the census records which you undoubtably have already.) I have more going back to approx. 1725.

Hi Murley, I was wondering if you could check your records for a Jane or Joan VICKERY, born about 1791, died 1825, who married William DYER. She was living in Bishop's Nympton at the time of her marriage in 1819. I don't have any information on her parents or if she had any siblings. Thanks in advance.

Sorry but there doesn't appear to be a Jane Vickery in the lineage.

Hi,
I have been so busy with the changes to the site lately that I have only just seen your posting. This is so exciting. I would love to hear about the Vickery line.
Kazza. Very Happy.

I am researching the Denniford family of Plymouth and a Janie Vickery/Vicary (formerly Berry) married William Thomas Denniford. She was born in 1862 and died in 1936 - Vickery was her married name, no information on her husband Mr Vickery. A John Vickery was the husband of my mother's friend Ivy Vickery who lived in Farringdon Road, Plymouth between 1950-1989 approx.

Hi,
I too have vicary ancestors. Mary Vicary, born abt 1749 in Sandford, Devon, married William Emes in Sandford 17th Oct 1770. I have not been able to trace Mary Vicary back any further to date

Hi there,
I don't think that is one of my Vickerys, but if I find a link I will let you know ASAP.
