Hotel name looks like "Demilake" to me -awful messy writing -it could be "Dovedale", -next door to Peveril Hotel

There is a bed and breakfast called Thorpe House which is near to Dovedale Stepping stones -its an old cottage -maybe this is what the Hotels were like in 1901?

I have just found out that in 1891 there was a Dove Dale Hotel near if not in Thorpe it was situated at the bottom of Thorpe Cloud. So I think we can say thats where Fanny was in 1901.
