Hello I can't quite work out how regularly this is used... (Moderator Comment: split off from another topic
My gr grandmother was called Ada Wagstaff, her Father was called William and his father James. I can get no further back than this. Here is a better description.
James was born c. 1809 mar Ellen Denton born c.1811
Their children
Mary William Ann Ruth Eliza Martha Maria Emma.
They lived in Barnsley (I'm not sure who all the girls married.)
William was born c.1834 mar Martha Webster born c. 1835
Their children: James c. 1857 Alice c. 1859 Emily c. 1866 Ada c. 1871
I know and am in touch with relatives of James, and Emily but not sure what happened to Alice.
Ada married a Harry Price.
This is the limit of the information I have on my Wagstaff relatives. If you know who James' parents/siblings were, what happened to his sisters or have any idea what happened to Alice Wagstaff (1859) I would be delighted to hear. Perhaps also I can fill in the Wagstaff people I still Know.
Thanks
