They're in there somewhere....
Burials: Thomas Elsdon and Jane Elsdon

I am looking for any information about the burials of Thomas and Jane Elsdon. I'm uncertain of their birthdates, but probably between 1745 and 1755.
The last 'sighting' of them is in 1799, living in the parish of Bywell St. Peter at the farm now known as Fairley May (in the past also variously known as Farlemay, Farilmay and Fairlemay).
Some of their children were baptised at Bywell St Peter, others at the adjoining parish of Shotley St. Andrew
Any help would be most appreciated.

Have you tried the National Burial Index? It is supposed to have burials for Bywell to 1812.

... Sorry! Have checked further and it is only Bywell St Andrew's to 1812 not St Peter's.  Roll Eyes
