Can you give a bit more detail, names, dates etc? A good place to start, depending on the timescale you're looking for is the 1881 census available free on www.familysearch.org

Hi Poppymilly

My Husband is a  HARE descendent,  in his line his 1st cousin 3 times removed was William HARE b 1827 ( Holwell) married Fanny HALSWORTH b 1826 (Shillington) their children were William 1849, Emma 1851, Fanny 1855, Martha 1857, Eliza 1861, and Ada 1864 all born Shillington. I have a lot more.

There are 403 entries for the Hare/Hair family on the Pirton database. Pirton is North Herts but within spitting distance of South Beds
