Hi

I am researching my Husbands family. His Paternal Grandfather was Ernest Gent, I have found him on 1901 Census.

Ernest Gent, Age 12, Born Yks Eastwood, Admin County York, Civil Parish Rotherham.

I cannot find any other information other than his Marriage which I found on Freebmd.

Marriages June 1908, Gent Ernest to Blackburn Sarah Jane, District Rotherham, Vol 9c, Page 1291.

I have found Sarah Jane Blackburn on 1891 and 1901 Census, but cannot find her birth.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who could help or researching the same families.
