Census for MCLEAN - Arghyll

I am looking for any info on JAMES MCLEAN b 1845 Arghyll. He married MARY TURNER on 30/12/1872 & they had children Malcolm (b Dumbarton), James (b England), Isabella (b Greenock), Donald (born Barrow England)& Neil (b Dumbarton) but I don't have exact DOB for them. I believe James was a ship builder & moved about with the ship yards. I would apprecaite any help anyone can give. My email address is le5ley2001@yahoo.com

That's brilliant - thank you. I think it is the right family - they tended to name their children with the same names as parents & siblings which is what makes it very complicated when doing family trees! This has now got me from DUMBARTONB to Argyll so thanks again.
