Was wondering/hoping someone could help me fill in the blanks ! and help me find details of Evelyn's parents and siblings etc

You really need to get Evelyn's birth certificate.  Just write with the details to the Hull Register Office.  This will give you her father's name and occupation and her mother's name and maiden name.
