1851/61 Census Lookup - COOPER/LOGSDAIL

Couple of lookups requested for both 1851 and 61

Thomas Cooper born about 1860 Digswell/Welwyn, living with father Joseph born 1817 Stevenage and mother Anne. Parents married in 1839 so interested in other siblings to confirm findings in LDS

Also

Emma Logsdail (also shown as Logsdale/Logsdall) born about 1860, Stanstead Abbotts with parents, William and Sarah both born SA and married in 1842. Again wanting to confirm siblings.

James b abt 1821 and Mary Bygrave,both born Digswell. Again confirming children especially Mary Ann born 1857. James and Mary married 1850.

In 1881 census, Joseph Cooper is one door down from James and Mary Bygrave and their daughter Mary Ann married John Sard moore whose son, Ellis Sard Moore married Joseph's grandaughter, Florence Cooper, parents,thomas Cooper and Emma Logsdail. Not such a small world.

How close together are Digswell and Stanstead Abbotts ??

Thank you for getting this information - a big ask but filled in the gaps plus a surprise with with an unexpected son in there - Henry Warner.

The AA site was great - 12.9 miles.  It even gives instructions how to get there and I love the way it identifies speed cameras. I live in NZ and most of our speed cameras are mobile so you never know where they are going to hide but once you know the colour of the van then you have an idea of where they are hiding.
