   Huh  hi I'am new to the family history,i'am trying to trace my great grand farthers family barnes from nuneaton/atherstone warwickshire .
george barnes children were william (my grand farther)whom twin was reginald,
cryil,george and eilleen
i dont know if george had any brothers or sisters ? and i dont know what his parents were called ? can any one help me

There are many sources you can use but without any dates we are unable to assist you.

The Latter Day Saints site & FreeBMD site are always my first port of call.

If you are looking about the 1901 mark, there is a web site that maybe of some help.
Didnt see your George on there though  Sad

There is a George Barnes in Galley Common aged 8 in the 1901, that is between Nuneaton and Atherstone. We really need some ages etc though.

A George Barnes married Martha Sherwood in Atherstone in March 1902, ring any bells Alijb?

The marriage certificate of George Barnes and Martha Sherwood will show the name of George's father.  It will also show the stated age of George which should help you narrow down the search for his birth certificate.
