This all helps to get an idea of what our relations were wearing, so it's practical.
Also being interested in costume,  any pictures I can see are hoovered up enthusiastically.

I have been looking through this beginners links topic,and it has reminded me that many moons ago.I was interested in knowing how such heavy and beautiful material that the cloaths? were made of were washed.The downstairs maids must have had some sort of big washing facility.I never found anything though Roll Eyes
