thomas or hugh crawford

i am after any information on thomas crawford born in 1803 in greenock middle, father hugh and mother jean (her maiden name is bryce)  thomas came to australia in 1825 on the triton and married soon after.  i have all relevant info on when he arrived but lack anything of his life before he came over.  I know he was a surgeon in training on the ship triton.

it is nice to meet you.........who do you stem from.  i stem from thomas, richard, thomas, albert, arthur, catherine then me....

i have already read thomas journal and the letters he wrote home in the published book but i have no info of before his arrival.  i would love to share information with you.  please let me know if i can help you with anything.
