Help needed on Profile set-up

I've just made a few changes to my profile and since then whenever I click on a subject, unread posts, for example, I am now getting the replies at the top of the page instead of the requests/questions.  Have I done something I shouldn't have done.  How can I change it back to the way it used to be?

Panic!  I never panic.  I just sort of go into melt-down mode, reach for the bottle and hope everything sorts itself out eventually.

It usually works.
