Missing PINNEY

I am searching for ALEXANDER PINNEY. Born in Chardstock?? 1824 & died in 1860. I cannot find him on the '41 or '51 census anywhere. He married Elizabeth Brown in Winsham 1849.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you had a look at www.dorset-opc.com?  There is a page for Chardstock and a link to a Chardstock site that seems to have lots of data that might help you.

alexander pinney bapt 30th may 1824 chardstock dorset.parents robert pinney and elizabeth.
siblings include-
martha bapt 23rd april 1815
mary bapt 26th feb 1818
robert bapt 26th feb 1818
