1841/1851 census kent
« on: Friday 16 February 07 02:00 GMT (UK) »

Hi
Having big problems finding a Thomas Baker ch: 1783 Ewhurst Sussex and his wife Mary also Ch: 1783 Ewhurst, no deaths recorded for them in Sussex and as there son Aaron Baker[Avon Buker as transcribed] was living in Wrotham Kent as lodger in the 1851 census they more than likely took part of their family to Kent with them.
As they were still alive in 1838 but recorded as being dead by 1857 I am hoping you can help me out.
The 1841 census would confirm what children they had with them and the 1851 census would at least give me a better idea of when they died especially if they are still alive in that period.

Appreciate any help you can assist me with.
Thank you so much.

Hi Daviesa
Thank you for taking time out for me but unfortunately no success on these names as children are not from my family.
It may be that both have died before 1841 or left the country.

Thank you again Alison.
