46 Leverton Street, Kentish Town - anyone with local knowledge, please?

I know that Leverton Street still exists but does anyone know if No 46 Leverton Street is still standing?

My GG Grandfather owned a number of properties in the Middlesex area but this one is of particular interest as it was the one left to my Great-Grandfather in his Father's Will (written in 1900).

If anyone is able to photograph the property and PM it to me, I would be most grateful.

I'm not local but I do know that 46 still exists.

I have the 2003 infodisk and it is still occupied then.

If you have no luck with a photo, have you considered writing to the current occupier and explaining who you are and what you want.

Someone did exactly that to my step brother and they were over the moon to hear from the first owners of their house. When these people were next in the area my rellies invited them round to view all the changes they had made to the house.

Thank you very much for your reply - it hadn't occurred to me to write to the current occupants. I will certainly give that serious consideration if I'm unable to get a photograph of the house through the Middlesex List on RootsChat.
