Just went on to broadband, but when i try to access messsages on outlook express , it asks me to log on, what am i doing wrong? i can access websites pronto, but no e - mails ?

Hi Bodger

You should have had some info from your ISP about what your new Login name was going to be.  As far as I can recall my email address did not need to be altered.  The only thing that is different is on the Connections tab:

Tools->Accounts->Properties->Connection tab

The radio button Connect using my local area network is checked.

Just got broadband, works a treat on the web, but cannot access my e- mails,  why  ?, .bodger

Hello Bodger,
when I switched to broadband I had to set up new user accounts, with a completely new address. If you use hotmail, or yahoo or something similar - probably not, but if you were using email from your previous isp I suspect you will have to set up new accounts.  Your new isp should give you help to do this, mine did there was help on their website.
