1851 Lookup - Bishops Stortford - PRIOR

Can any one find Henry  Prior and Elizabeth in 1851 census. Henry bn 1796 married Elizabeth Bearman bn 1821 on 4/1/1842, she was 20 yrs  younger than him,

Henry was was a lodger with the Bearman family in 1841.

Have you an occupation for Henry from 1841?
I have searched the 1851 without success in Hertfordshire.The only Henry Prior (or variants) of the correct age is in Worcester as a lodger at an hotel. he is described as Married 55 and his occupation is 'Traveller' and his birthplace Mortlake, Surrey.
Can't find an Elizabeth Prior of the correct age in Herts.

Hello Anne, Thanks for looking. Henry was an Ag Lab in 1841.

They just seem to have disappeared, have you any other ideas how I can find these ancestors
