marriage look-up

Can anyone help? I am wanting someone to do a marriage look-up for the marriages  of William and Thomas Powell both marriages are registered in Staines for  Sept 1868, 3a 15. William married Sarah Plim, who Thomas married is unknown, are Thomas and William brothers and who were their Parents. Thanks.

Jericho - you have the index references and if you buy the certificates your questions will be answered. There is no other way at all that anybody can access any records to give you that information.
All anyone can do is to see who else is on that page. That may give a choice of 2, 3 or 4 partners - no way to know which.
