Does anyone have access to birth records for Sutterton Alexander was registered in Dec 1865 in Boston Lincs. I need to know who his father and mother were. He appears on the 1871 census age 5 as a boarder with Thomas and Mary Green (her maiden name does not appear to be Pybone. At 15 he is living with a farmer in Frampton as a servant. It is such an uncommon name that any information on the Pybones of Sutterton would be appreciated.

There's a widower Alexander W PYBONE in Pinchbeck in 1861 census who appears to marry in Q4 1861 7a 683 - I don't know if he's relevant. I think he married Rebecca HARGRAVE ... however, she appears to be age 56 in 1871 so a bit old. (They are indexed as PERBONE)
The only other PYBONEs I can see in 1861 are this family
Boston Rd, Sutterton Edward PYBONE 42 Master Blacksmith Louisa 25 Sarah Sophia 13 John Edward 12 Labourer Gent's garden James Evans 9 William Henry 3 Thomas HOLT 18 Blacksmiths App, Donington Others born Sutterton
Edward died Q1 1867 (49) and Louisa died Q4 1866 (31) so their kids would have to go somewhere. I would think young Alex was theirs.
Edward PYBONE seems to have married Louisa Pullen MARTIN in Q4 1860
1851 Sutterton Edward PYBONE 41 Blacksmith, Sutterton Elizabeth 33 Pinchbeck John E 2 Sutterton
Perhaps she was Elizabeth PYBON died Q3 1856
In view of one of the kids having middle name EVANS in 1861, this may be of interest in 1851
Sutterton John EVANS 56? Freehold famer of 5 acres, Notts Morton Mary 61 Sutterton Sophia PYBONE (niece) 3 Sutterton (I noticed she wasn't with parents)
1841 Sutterton William PYBONE 55 AgLab (NOT Lincs Buried 23 March 1860 (79) Mary 55 Buried 19 Dec 1858 (74) Edward 20 Blacksmith Edwin 15 Buried 12 Aug 1854 (28)
1851 Sutterton William PYBONE 68 AgLab, Guernsey Mary 66 Pinchbeck Edwin 26 AgLab, Sutterton
I noticed a possible wife for Edward PYBONE in Q2 1846 ... Elizabeth MANN
1841 census with our EVANS friends
Sutterton John EVANS 40 Cottager Mary 45 Elizabeth MANN 45 Rebeckah BOWMAN 13 FemServ All born Lincs

Thanks for the replies Kd and Geoff E. I should have said I am doing this for my friend and I wanted to avoid paying for the certificate. Thanks for the extra information about the deaths and the Evans angle. I think you are right about Alexander being the son of Edward and as you say the cert will prove it. I came across a block with William Pybone too as it says he was born in Guernsey but there are no traces of any in that island. The name has been transcribed as Dybone and Pybour in some sentences as well which makes it difficult.

I see there was a John Alexander PYBONE bap in Fosdyke 12 July 1789, son of Wm and Jane. As this was (and indeed still is) just a couple of miles from Sutterton, there has to be the sneaking suspicion that he was fraternally related to the William who married in 1816.
