i hope someone can help me i am trying to trace my family,  information or photos on the Norris family from Gorton/openshaw Manchester. Here is just a few names i have----CHARLES EDWIN NORRIS born 1878 HE MARRIED A MARY SMITH born 1878. GEORGE EDWIN NORRIS born 14/12/1901 HE MARRIED A HANNAH HOLMES born 1908 DEATH 18/5/1962 AT THE AGE OF 54 YEARS, CHILDREN ARE
GEORGE NORRIS B  14/12/1932 AND HIS D 18/5/1936.
EDWIN NORRIS i do not know the birth or death.
ROBERT NORRIS B 23/5/1936
ROBERT NORRIS IS STILL LIVING.
HANNAH NORRIS(HOLMES) HAD A BRO,SAM HOLMES AND 2 SIS, AMELIA HOLMES,AND
SALLY ANN HOLMES, sally married a TED MOTTERSAHEAD.
the picture is of George Edwin Norris and Hannah Norris (Holmes) outside the church inn pub in west Gorton. and the other one is on spurgeon st, the people are hannah norris(holmes) on the left then sally ann holmes(mottersahead---i think ?? ) and a mrs twigg on the right, the girl on the far left is unknown to me.
