Mitchell look of marriage - completed

Here is what I know Charles Mitchell born October 20, 1839 died January 16, 1919 in Pitglassie, Mortlach, Banff.  He was married to a Clementine Mitchell who died October 23, 1928.  Can someone look up the marriage from this.  Also when Charles died it was registered by a Stepson George Fraser.  Who is he?  Thanks for any info.

You can look this up for yourself at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk for a modest fee.

As for George Fraser, the 1881 census lists at Burnside, Mortlach a family which includes Ann Mitchell, a widow, her 34-year-old unmarried daughter Clementina and three Fraser grandsons including George, aged 10.

The IGI lists the birth of George Mitchell, son of Clementina Mitchell, in Mortlach on 5 July 1870. His elder brother Alexander was born in 1868 and his younger brother Peter was aged 7, but I haven't found his birth in the IGI.
