(I think that the "Had Green" for Arthur's birthplace should be Hall Green.)
The only George that fits is a 21 year old George Alcock who is stationed at the Gun Wharf Barracks, Portsmouth. He was born in Birmingham, Warks. (Or maybe not!!!HeHe!!)
