There are 2 marriage to an Eliza on Ancestrys bmds
Qtr April 1841 Thomas Harding to Eliza Guest in Abergavenny,Herefordshire,Monmouthshire

Qtr July 1841 Thomas Harding to Eliza Andrews in Abergavenny,Herfordshire,Monmouthshire

I know Abergavenny is is Monmouthshire but assume in 1840s civil registration for some parts of Herefordshire must have come under Monmouthshire. As it gives both counties?

Also found this in 1841
Abergavenny,Monmouthshire
H0107/742/10
Joseph Jackson,48,Sawyer,N
Thomas Harding,25,Lab,N

Hes not born in Monmouthshire so its a possible if one of the marriages above is his its  something to keep on file til you get more info anyway
