£7 = 19.57620 NZ$
but no hidden costs I don't think, a pretty fair price.

Unfortunately the 1841 census gives very little details as not many were asked for.
Remember that ages in the 1841 census were rounded down to the nearest 5 for adults, therefore Harriot may well be approximately 22 years old.
All of these people were living in the same dwelling.
There is a / after Fanny Willis so we can suppose that the Sears were living as a separate household, although Edward Jackman is noted as M.S. = male servant. It would appear, although without relationships given it can't be taken for granted, that Ann Sear is possibly the mother of James who may be the father of Harriot and young James.
Also in the same dwelling, but as another separate household again is Elizabeth Pilkin age 64, also born in County. I just mention this in case the name figures in your research later.
The other census details would appear to confirm that the enumerator has written the wrong age on the 1851 census and probably should be 32 not 22.
As the 1851 census shows Susannah and Ann visiting with the Willis's it looks as if the relationship between Fanny Willis and James Sear would be worth investigating - maybe brother and sister?

There is a "User Submitted" entry on the IGI for
Fanny Sear christened 30 August 1789 Whaddon, Buckingham father John Sear, mother Ann. Also includes James christened 28 August 1786 William christened 4 June 1780 John christened 12 January 1783 and Harriot 10 July 1791 with a death linked to her of 16 June 1796
Worth looking into these, but make sure you verify the entries yourself by checking the parish registers.
