Mercer/Mc Carthy

 I am looking for help finding info on Ellen/Helen/Eleanor Mercer bc 1810 (possibly Moira) who m'd Henry Mc Carthy c 1830 - Dromore Co Down. Does anyone have any links to Mercers or this marriage ? Any help appreciated. Agnetta.
May 2008 - it turns out she was Elizabeth Mercer - may have been known as Ellen.

also on Mercer try if you want the family trees in volumes 44; p47 with a Bailie connection that appear in the Blackwood Family history manuscript trees in the Linen Hall library, Belfast.
I suggest you ask them for photocopying estimates if they think your knowledge relevant and be prepared to pay the extra for post and packing. However if the material is really relevant when you get it, I suggest a further donation to this unique library that is always needing extra funds.
