Would SKP lookup 1861 census please.
I am looking for Sarah Manley born approx 1841/42.
I believe she was born ? Tattenhall Cheshire.
In 1861 she was ( according to information sent to me )
working as a servant in Moore Cheshire.
By then she would have been 19/20 years old.
If at all possible if she was unmarried was she mentioned on 1871 census.
I am trying to eliminate or add Sarah to my records.
Here I believe she is in 1851.

Here's the family she's with in the 1861 -
1861 - RG9, piece 2596, folio 70, p 11.
Farm House, Moore, Cheshire.
Jonathan Hayes, Head, M, 60, Farmer of 84 acres employing 6 men and 2 women (Labourers), b. Norley, Cheshire.
Mary Hayes, Wife, M, 67, b. Moore.
Henry Hayes, Son, S, 34, Farmer's son, b. Moore.
Sarah Manley, Servant, S, 19, General labourer, b. Tattenhall.
William Dawson, Servant, S, 22, Cowman, b. Moore.
Thomas Jackson, Brother-in-law, W, 71, Ag lab, b. Edge, Cheshire.
John Cullin, Servant, S, 20, Ag lab, b. Moore.
I don't know what Jonathan had on his farm but that's a lot of workers for 84 acres.

In 1871 there was a Sarah Price of the right age born Tattenhall. BMD reg Nantwich 8a 437 Sept qtr. (Also on Cheshire BMD).Whilst in Chester RO today did a quick lookup - Bunbury parish church - 24 August 1868 Thomas Price 23 Bachelor Labourer of Alpraham - father John Price Labourer and Sarah Manley 26 Spinster of Alpraham - father Ralph Manley Labourer.(Thomas signed but Sarah made her mark). Witnesses: Mary Manley and Thomas Manley (both signed).
Is this of use?
She is on the 1871, 1881 and 1891 census that I could see at a quick look.

You are a star,
Thank you for going to trouble of looking it up for me. You have saved me a lot of trouble.
I have been searching for a Sarah Manley who was the mother of Robert Bond born Liverpool 1871.
Her name is entered on his birth certificate.
Roberts` father was Robert Bond he had been married to a Catherine Davies who died 1869.
I found record of death for Sarah Bond Liverpool 1873 her age on 1871 census was 31 giving approx date of birth as 1840. Census gives Liverpool as her place of birth.
I have not been able to find Sarah Manley on birth records, nor marriage records in Liverpool.
I looked for any other possibility for Sarah Manley born around 1840. The only one was the Sarah you found.
Now I can rule her out. I will have to try and visit library to see if I can find birth records St Catherines Index. I did think possibily that she may have been a married woman and only assumed the name of Bond and that Manley was from a marriage ??
