Could someone please look-up the 1861 and 1871 census for a Reginald BARROW born in the 1860's in Congleton in Cheshire.

Hi Christmack,
I can't find Reginald on any of the census years - neither can I find a birth or death for him in the Congleton area.
Have you anymore information please, could he have had another name, any brothers/sisters, or names of parents?

The information on Reginald was extracted from a certificate so we will get that out and get back to you shortly.

Sorry that I did not get back to you earlier.
The only extra name that can be added is Reginald's middle name. It was Thomas.
The information was taken from the birth certificate of Reginald's son also Reginald Thomas born in Australia in 1890.
I think that the best thing to do is to obtain a couple of other certificates now and see what further information can be collected. and then I will get back to you.

I will have another look for him now, there were other families by the name of Barrow in Congleton - that's why I wondered if he could have had a second name.
