Would anyone know of a Jane Bennet who married George Lanxon in St Noet in Nov 1795. I am curious toidentify her parents. George and Jane had four children, Elizabeth, Loveday, John and George.
Jane Lanxon is listed on the 1841 census as a farmer aged 60 on a property called Meathern or Meartherin. (Meatherin – Blisland, farm (Symons, 1884) Piece: HO107/152/5 Place: Trigg -Cornwall Enumeration District: 4 Civil Parish: Blisland Ecclesiastical Parish: -Folio: 6 Page: 5.
Living with her were George aged 25, George Lanxon Pett aged 12, an agricultural labourer and Amy Rowe 25, a female servant. Her daughter Elizabeth married John Rush in 1817.
