Problem using ScotlandsPeople -SORTED

I’ve returned to ScotlandsPeople this afternoon after a longish period without accessing it. I had no problem signing in or buying a supply of credits. I proceeded with my search and even found some likely matches on the 1891 census.   

Having printed off one image I inadvertently closed down SP rather than the image. When I try to sign in again to continue I get the error message “The username and password combination supplied returns no users” I know I’m using the same username and password as earlier since I’ve got them written down in my crib book!

Can anyone tell me please what the problem is?
