If you type Godiva Street, Coventry into the search box a few options come up:

Thanks - I did that too; found a photo which mentions a footpath under the ring road - was hoping to find an old photo or map which highlights it - but i'm probably digressing.

Hello there
We have just had a great debate re Godiva Street. We believe it is now under the new Sky Blue Way, on the ring ring, towards the old football ground. Many thanks for getting us to use our brains and find our way round Coventry. cheer Avril

Hi Peeps many thanks for your efforts - I feel another visit to Cov coming on shortly - Avril you made me giggle with your comments - pls'd it was of some interest to you all - Your description of the Sky Blue Way; confirms what i found, it seems it is now the foot path beneath. Many Thanks again - your all Stars**** Kazza

Godiva Street disappeared with the building of the Coventry Inner Ring road in the 1960s. Much of the line of it is now under the Coventry University. The end part which became a cul-de-sac with no houses was renamed Godiva Place.
I used to collect rent from quite a few houses in Godiva Street from 1955-60.
You can find some good photos of the houses at http://www.picturesofcoventry.co.uk/ naturally under G and then Godiva Street.
