Many Berkshire wills were proved in the Consistory Court of the Bishop of Salisbury - and hence appear in the online index at http://history.wiltshire.gov.uk/heritage/

Some are available as free downloads - the rest will be added in the future.

Also many Berkshire wills in documentsonline at http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documentsonline/
