Here's a possible birth

Births Jun 1891
BARBER    Sarah Jane W         Bourn    7a   390 (perhaps the W is WALKER - see below)

I think this is probably her - depending on the marriage -

Walker    William         Bourne    7a   677

1901 census
6 Poor Row, Pointon
William WALKER 30 AgLab, Laughton
Jane Frances 30 Rippingale

William WALKER 21 AgLab, Pointon
and
Jane F BARBER 20 Dom Servant, Rippingale

were only a few households away from each other in Rippingale.
