Does anybody have any info on Edward Mullen of Elphin, Co Monaghan (b 1881)? I believe he was in the British Army during both World Wars and then was a B Special border guard in the 1950s-60s. I think by that time the family had moved to the borders of Co Armagh/Down.

He married Jane Edgar and they had several children during the 1920s-30s in the Castleblayney (I think) area. I think they separated during/after WW2, but I have no further info.

Just interested in finding out a bit more about him/the family. Thanks.
