Thank you Geoff & Rowena for your speeding reply to my request......I know on 1841 census  ages are a bit out of whack....this may be the family....Morris Long seems to be the only survivor of his 9 siblings.....fingers crossed this is the family I am looking for.......Thanks Janet

I might be able to find some burials if you give names and birthdates.

Can't find a marriage at Sutterton up to 1837 and the only baptism found are.
19/6/1836 James s of Thomas & Ann Long  Lab.
11/3/1838 Henry s. of Thomas & Ann Long  Lab.

No Burials up to 1838

19/6/1836 James s of Thomas & Ann Long  Lab. Buried Kirton 12 April 1841 (5)
11/3/1838 Henry s. of Thomas & Ann Long  Lab. 20 May 1838 (inf)

A few others might be relevant

Henry 14 Sept 1830 (inf)
Elizabeth 9 June 1833 (inf)
Ann 1 Dec 1853 (10)
Thomas 6 Dec 1853 (9)

I see Thomas and Ann were with a family called BUFF in 1851 (as nephew and niece) - Morris BUFF and Elizabeth indeed - this could mean that the following marriage (from the IGI) could be relevant-

14 May 1828 Holbeach - Thomas LONG to Ann BUFF

I can't spot Thomas and Ann (the parents) in 1851.

Thank you Geoff E for all your info...you are onto the right family I am searching.....out of 10 children the only one to survive up to date is Morris Long...you gave the right info out for him in the 1841 Census...I did a bit of looking & he was staying with a distant relation at Sutterton in 1841.....
re his parents Thomas & Ann Long they were both dead by 1851...so this is why they are not on 1851 Census....
The 2 family members I have not found the deaths of are
Mary Ann Long b 1831...chris 11 Sept 1831 Kirton..death ??
Mary Long b 1840....Chris 27 June 1847 Sutterton...Death ??
Mary Long was christened with her brother & sister Elizabeth Ann(Ann) & Thomas Long on 27 June 1847.....if you come across the deaths of Mary Ann Long 1831 or Mary Long 1840...I would appreciate it.....many thanks for all your help..Janet

No, I don't know where they went - FreeBMD has them possibly dying in 1848 and 1849 (Boston district), but there are no suitable candidates in the National Burial Index anywhere in Lincs.
