St Leonards House, LUDLOW

Wondered if anyone can help me on this query.

I have come accross an old photo of my father and grandfather taken at St Leonards House, Ludow, date possibly c1925. 

Have done a search on Google to try to find out what St Leonards House was but cannot come up with anything.

The photo just shows them standing in the countryside.

I wondered if anyone has any information on
St Leonards House.

I'm sorry but I don't have any more information.

Someone, either my grandfather or one of his children had written on the back of the photograph, St Leonards House, Ludlow.

I just cannot find any information on this for the time period of around 1925.
