William Swan family 41 lookup please

Looking for family of William Swan born Hildersham 1774, chelsea pensioner. Living with wife Elizabeth in 1851 census in Linton Cambs.

Have you checked the index on the Cambs FHS website?
http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html

There's only one William Swann of the right age but he had no wife with him. Do you have details of children so that you could confirm whether or not he is the right one? Just type in Swan, Cambridge Holy Trinity and all those with folio 15B are likely to be the same family group. 1841 does not give birthplace.

Hi David,thanks for taking a look into this one. I'm wondering if william was married more than once as there is quite an age gap between him and Elizabeth.
Elizabeth was born c1810
Of the four children in 51 only one born pre 41 census, Margarett born c1838 in Linton.
