RG9/808 Elsenham Essex but which district covers it in the 1861?

Can anyone please tell me which district cover Elsenham on the 1861 census I know it comes under RG9/808 but is that in Herts?

Does anyone have access to the name index as i am searching for Thomas CLAYDEN/CLAYDON or even CLAYTON born 1839 in Elsenham.

Hi,

Elsenham on the 1861 is RG 9 / 808
it is geographically within Essex, but the returns for this census will be in the returns for Bishop Stortford, Hertfordshire.

I have so much data on the Clayden/Claydon families in Essex but the 1861 for Essex did not cover the area.
