Can anyone tell me where I would be able to see parish registers for Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea areas for dates 1800 to 1920.Is there anywhere else other than the LMA?

If you can find the relevant films listed in the LDS catalogues, you can order them for viewing (a small charge) at your nearest Latter Day Saints Family History Centre.

Thanks for a speedy reply. I have never found records on the IGI for Fulham Kensington or |Chelsea so would the History centres have them.?

Hi Ringrose

If you follow the link I posted above, you can search the catalogue for church records that they hold (the catalogue shows the films/items that they hold and these are not necessarily all indexed on the IGI). These films (if they exist of course) can be orderd for viewing at a Family History Centre of your choosing.

Be aware of just how many Anglican churches (ignoring non-conformist) this may mean for each of these districts - not all of course with parish registers that commence pre 1800)

Thanks for the 2 latest replies.Looking at the parish maps you sent me I will be able to narrow the search down a bit as I have some certificates and addresses in the areas. This does not always work.
I visited Westminster Archives recently and realisedthe mammothtask ahead just looking at churches under St Margarets and St Georges Hanover Square.I did not get anywhere.
Have been to Fulham archives a few years ago but I dont remember any registers . I will ring them and ask them what they hold.
