Grandad's service pic clean or colour please?

I have been amazed by the photo magic accomplished here! My Grandad's pic has dots that I usually associate with my 70's pics. I would appreciate any help with this one whenever you have time thanks.
After reading the 'how to' posts ... hope this works.

Thanks so much, that cleans him up nicely and gives him a bit of sepia khaki.
He married a Suffolk girl and headed back to the colonies.
