1841 lookup Hilton village RUDD

Hi

I wondered whether anyone had access to the 1841 census for Hilton village, near Appleby

Looking for references to William and Elizabeth Rudd. aged approx 69 and 62 respectively.  Also Thomas Rudd (aged 30), married to Alice.

And there may be other Rudds....just to confuse me more....

There are 97 Rudds in 41 for Appleby area but non fit names or ages you want.

hi julian just seen your  enquirey about rudds at hilton/murton.can tell you what you need to know.william and elizabeth rudd had 4 children thomas, john, mark and albert  3 were killed in ww1 only albert survived and came back to live at murton.albert married and had 1 son called john, john married christine souter and had 4 sons stephen,andrew,christopher and paul andrew married me and we had 2 sons and1 daughter apart from andrew and i who live in carlisle the rest live in penrith area hope this helps
